Here at PD HeadQuarters we pride ourselves on providing a one of a kind personalised service and therefore think it is only fair to offer every member the chance to attend group fitness classes with in their membership. 


If you lack the motivation to train yourself Group Fitness may just be your solution to get moving again!


Here at PD HeadQuarters we offer a huge variety of classes, instructed by a number of experienced and highly qualified instructors our classes will suit and can accommodate everyone needs.


With Morning & Evening options there's no excuse to not get in the gym and move your body.
