Zoe joined the PD HeadQuarters team in early 2020 as a graduate from the Fitness Institute. Since then Zoe has flourished into a passionate & devoted women's specific personal trainer along with working the gym floor & taking group fitness classes.

“Fitness By Zoe is my personal training business, specifically designed to get women results. My mission is to guide you into the right direction to reaching your optimal health, physique and wellbeing”.

My services are about more than just the weight loss or the transformation. It's about building a better lifestyle. With a combination of my individual program design, nutritional advice and on-going support, you will achieve real and sustainable results.
